Purpose and performance characteristics
The S series three roll grinder is mainly used to grind various paints, inks, ink, and oil paint pigments Paint an adhesive. Used for food, cosmetics and other paste like materials (not suitable for grinding raw materials that can cause roller corrosion). In recent years, there has been significant development in the production of cable materials, leather plastics, soap, and lead materials. Therefore, this machine has become the main equipment for these manufacturers to refine materials.
The three rollers of the machine are made of cold hard alloy centrifugal casting rollers. The thickness of the cold hard alloy layer is between 15-35 millimeters, and the surface hardness is between HS68-72 °. The three rollers are manufactured using a specialized medium height grinder for precision grinding, resulting in a slight convexity on the effective working surface of the rollers. Therefore, during the process of grinding fine materials, the three rollers have the characteristics of automatic compensation and improved service life due to the rigidity and thermal expansion and contraction of the rollers. At the same time, the grinding efficiency and fineness of the material being ground in the three rollers are also improved. For general researched materials, they can be ground once, twice, or more in three rolls according to other original fineness and toughness hardness, and finally reach the required fineness of the product (usually around 3-18 microns, measured by a fineness plate).

working principle:
When working, you can adjust the gap between the fast roller, slow roller, and middle roller according to your desired fineness requirements, leaving a gap of 0.1 mm before starting the machine. Then, add the researched material between the two baffles between the middle roller and slow roller, and make 1-2 precise adjustments after operation. At this time, the researched material is further ground by the medium roller and the fast roller after being squeezed and rubbed on the surface of the medium and slow rollers. At the same time, it is scraped off by the discharge scraper tightly attached to the surface of the fast roller and flows into the material bucket through the discharge hopper equipped with a baffle, thus forming a grinding cycle.

The structure of the machine:
This machine is mainly composed of an organic seat, upper cover, roller, bearing seat, stopper plate, discharge hopper, cooling device, gears, pulleys, etc. The two guide rails of the machine base support six bearing seats for the fast, medium, and slow rollers, respectively. The bearing seat of the middle roller is fixed to the machine base and the upper cover without relative movement, while the bearing seats of the fast and slow rollers are adjusted by rotating the handwheel and compression spring on the two guide rails of the machine base to move forward and backward to meet the desired fineness of the researched material.
